Could this be the last Merseytravel ticket I ever buy ??? In a few days, I will have reached the ripe old age of 60… and this milestone in my life allows me to receive my local free bus pass for the Merseyside area.

It will take me as far as Southport to the North of Liverpool, down to Widnes in the South, and as far over as Chester to the West…. on all local busses,  trains & ferries…. you’ve got to just love it…lol.

This letter arrived on Saturday, enclosing my pass, which I had applied for some 3 months earlier… and becomes active on the day of my birthday… and will allow me to travel after 9:30.am each weekday, and all times of a weekend… Watch out Historic Liverpool…. here I come…lol
