The land which the garden is on, stretches some distance from the house, and a swimming pool at the bottom, may also be on the cards in the future…

I believe, the previous owner of the cottage, worked for many years, in the building industry, and was in fact the owner of his own business. This is borne out by the superior quality of the conversion, from a small old 2 bedroom original cottage, to the fine structure it is today. Old photos I have seen of the property, taken in the 1960/70’s bear this out.

My brother and his wife, have offered Ann & I the option to use it often, along with other members of the close family… and I’m sure this will be an offer we readily take up… and I can foresee, many a BBQ, with lots of bottles of wine supped, in this surprisingly quiet and tranquil area, so close to all the amenities which Saundersfoot has to offer… Nice one !!!
