After losing our wonderful Border Terrier (Elle) of 13 years, some 18 months ago, we find the time ‘right’, to make another little addition to the family…
I have always liked and admired, the Patterdale Terrier breed especially the smooth-haired blacks, and as such, with a little quality research, for good lines and characteristics, eventually found a litter surprisingly close to home, just across the County border, and into Cheshire…
The Dam ‘Dolly‘ is a cracking, black, smooth-coated bitch of lovely stature and nature… and the Sire… is a superbly structured lad, named ‘Archie‘ of Liversedge…
The superb Sire… ‘Archie’ of Liversedge
After studying the 8 strong (3 males / 5 females) litter, for a while… I have settled on a beautiful all black bitch, who I noticed is not aggressive to the others, but when challenged does not back down, she handles well, and looks to have a good temperament… and if she takes after the Dam ‘Molly’ she will be really affectionate…
So after accepting her… I paid a deposit…. and pick her up soon, as the litter will be ready to leave around the 10th August…
Our little girl, is top of the shot… with the brown collar…
Well Happy !!! more to follow… lol
Thank you for sharing the photo’s of the beautiful addition to your family, I’m there will be lots of walkies ahead, hopefully with many years of pleasure.
Thanks Jean…. your comments are always appreciated xxx
Any advice if needed you are more than welcome to get in touch,
Thanks for stopping by and commenting…. It was the standard of the Dam ‘Dolly’ which attracted first…. but the ‘clincher’ was your superbly structured ‘Archie’…. cheers !!!
